Our video trainings (The House Flipping Playbook, The BRRR Method and the Investor Training Bundle) are digital, so there is nothing to ship back. If it is not what you hoped for, you may ask for a full refund within 7 days of your purchase.

How to request a refund

• Email chris@chrislindseyrealestate.com, or call or text 256-733-0123.
• Include the name and email address you used to buy.
• You do not need to explain why, although we would appreciate knowing how we can improve.

What happens next

• We will refund the full purchase price to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
• Your access to the training and the slide deck download ends when the refund is issued.
• If you bought the Investor Training Bundle, a refund covers the whole bundle, and access to both trainings ends.
• Requests made more than 7 days after purchase are not eligible for a refund.
